Renoen, also known as Renoen the Fair, was a councilor that served in the Dale Council in High Dale in the late 14th century DR. She was known in Highcastle for her remarkable beauty and charm. Furthermore, she was also well recognized as being the only wizard of any real significance within the dale.[1]
