Rilantaver's staff was a type of enchanted staff created by the wizard after which it was named.[1]
Powers
This staff offered +3 protection for up to six creatures who touched it,[1] and could create a telekineses-like effect upon touching an item, up to 1000 lbs, per the wielder's will. Also upon command, the staff could detect magic in a 20'-radius sphere.[2]
Origins
Many of these staves were crafted in the nation of Amn and in the city of Starmantle, where Rilanter operated a business to finance his more dubious travels and endeavors.[1]
