Rogrotus was a black dragon living near the Well of Dragons.[1]

When the Cult of the Dragon attempted to summon Tiamat into the world at the Well of Dragons, Rogrotus was one of the chromatic dragon heralds sent to ensure the coming of the Dragon Queen.[1]
