Rowan Babar was the founder of the Order of the Dawn and the cult master in 1479 DR.[1]

Rowan Babar founded the Order of the Dawn in the city of Mreyelundar a few years before 1479 DR.[2] Some people believed he impersonated the skull of a massive Primordial during the cult's rites, but that people usually met untimely ends.[1]
