Sarshel was a walled port city of Impiltur.[1] As of the late 15th century DR, it was better known as New Sarshel.[2]

- Marhymbel House Shipways, one of the fastest ship-builders in the Sea of Fallen Stars, led by brothers Ilund and Vromur Marhymbel in the 1490s DR.[3]
