Sarthor was a dark wizard within the Zhentarim during the mid–14th century DR. He served as a subordinate between the Ruinlord Casildar both before and after Fzoul Chembryl's rise to power within the Black Network. He was also a superior of Meer, the Head of Caravans within Zhentil Keep.[2][1]
