Scabby pugilist circlets were enchanted leather circlets used by monks to boost their damage output.[1]
Powers[]
This headwear possessed a minor martial bravery enchantment that somewhat increased weapon and unarmed damage dealt by the wearer when they were surrounded by two or more enemies.[1]
History[]
One such pugilist circlet once belonged to an infamous goblin barbarian named Scabby who received monk training some years before the late 15th century DR. Scabby's circlet ended up in the hands of a tiefling child refugee and a trader Mattis after he reached the city of Baldur's Gate in the Year of Three Ships Sailing, 1492 DR.[1]
