Scalesneer was a lizardfolk shaman of the Muckmarsh tribe in Twilight Marsh near Phlan.[1]
History
In 1489 DR, Scalesneer saved his chieftain Bogclaw, curing his wounds. Afterward, he helped him to get revenge against the black dragon Throstulgrael. They decided to hire an adventuring party to raid Throstulgrael's lair, expected that he would be absent, in order to have vengeance against the dragon. However, at the meeting with the adventurers, they were attacked by a group of will-o'-wisps and Scalesneer was killed.[2]
