Scattergloom was a spell used to cover an area with shadow.[1]
Effects[]
When cast, four large cylindrical columns of darkness, called glooms, were created. Each column was 5 feet (1.5 meters) in width and 10 feet (3 meters) tall. The columns of darkness roamed an area with a 100 feet (30 meters) radius around the caster, moving in rapid and random motions. The caster had limited control over the columns' movement. [1]
Components[]
This spell required only a verbal component.[1]
History[]
Many centuries ago, an evil steel dragon, who avoided humans and took the form of a necromancer, created this spell.[1]
