Semphar is the mightiest nation in the Hordelands.[1] It is a satrap of the Tuigan Khahan.
Semphar strives to be independent but has been subjugated by four different other realms in its history, specifically the Imaskari, Mulhorand, the Shou Lung and most recently the Tuigan. This subjugation though, has made sure that Semphar has gained several beneficial cultural aspects.
History
First dwarves in Faerûn settled beneath Semphar.[2]
Geography
Semphar is known for its ruins, lost tombs, and strange monsters. Bordered on it are the ruins of Raudor and Bhaluin, the dark forest of the Shalhoond, and the monsters of the Howling Gap. Perhaps there are even more wonders to be found throughout the land.}
