Shialaevar was an elf wizard who lived in Leuthilspar on the island of Evermeet as of 1368 DR. She was a high mage of the city and frequently visited Queen Amlaruil Moonflower at Moonstone Palace. She lived in a home made from magically grown trees decorated by colored flags which she changed on a daily basis. She was the only one who understood the significance of such flags.[1]
