Shining Light of Lathander were enchanted greatswords used by and gifted by the members of particularly rich temples of Lathander, Bringer of the Dawn, in the late 14th century DR.[1]

Shining Light of Lathander swords were given a +2 enchantment as well as the ability to blast the enemies of the Church of Lathander with searing light once a day. These swords also glowed with soft orange-tinted light in the 15 feet (4.6 meters) radius.[1]
History[]
In the late 14th century DR, the Church of Lathander was favorably viewing adventuring and considered them to be the bringers of Lathander light into the long lost and forgotten places. As such, the temples were known to grant Shining Light of Lathander as a boon to especially favored adventurers.[1]
