Shortribs, when properly cooked, were tender, delicious, and falling off the bone. They often were served glazed. This dish was favorite among soldiers and their war dogs.[1]
History[]
Tender shortrib were commonly found all along the Sword Coast, both, in taverns, and travelers' camps in the late 15th century DR.[1]
