Shutep of Jhalhoran was a resourceful thief in Mulhorand in 1357 DR.
Activities[]
Shutep thieved from the tombs of the god-kings. He was a master of deceiving foreign adventuring parties: Shutep convinced them to break inside a tomb in the Land of the Dead and later escaped alone with the greatest treasure. He was a master impersonator.[1]
Personality[]
Shutep was greedy and sometimes a coward but not evil.[1]
