Sixroots salad was one of the more notable dishes from the city of Velen in the nation of Tethyr.[1]
Description[]
This salad was made, as expected, using six types of root vegetables. All were fried in butter until soft and melting in the mouth. It was served with boiled rock crabs and flowers cut out of radishes.[1]
History[]
As of the late 14th century DR, sixroots salad could be found on Blackthorn's Brew's menu, a festhall on the Captain's Cliff in Velen. The dish was mentioned among other notable foods included in Volothamp Geddarm's published guide to Amn and Tethyr.[1]
