Slarkas was a young black dragon that dwelled within Arkhan's Tower on the plane of Avernus in the Nine Hells, circa the Year of Twelve Warnings, 1494 DR.[1]
Slarkas resided within the tower along with three other young chromatic dragons, Flash, Vermilius, and Vistalancer,[1] and the adult white dragon Obatala. Collectively they protected their master, the devoted servant of Tiamat, Arkhan the Cruel.[2]
