Spidersilk armor was a type of armor used on Toril.

Description

Spidersilk armor was crafted from treated aranea or drider silk. It was soft and very light but was also surprisingly resilient.[1]

Variations

  • Piwafwi: A piwafwi was another form of clothing made from spider silk. Rather than full armor, piwafwis were cloaks. They often had magical properties.[2]

Usage

Due to its low weight, spidersilk armor was often favored by those with little strength.[1]
