The Star Court was a government building in Silverymoon used for holding courts and assemblies in the mid–14th century DR.[1]
To be accepted as a citizen, every person intending to reside in Silverymoon (whether as a resident or just for study) must attend the Star Court to register their name, occupation, and names of family members.[1]
Here also were applications processed for purchasing real estate, conducting trade negotiations with other cities, and to create magic fields inside the city.[1]
