Sulcar Reedo was a derisive and irritable farmer that lived in Shadowdale during the latter half of the 14th century DR.[1]

He was a depressed old man who took his anger and sadness out on others.[1]
Activities[]
Sulcar spent much of his time drowning his sorrows at the Old Skull Inn.[1]
Relationships[]
He was married to a timid woman named Della and they had several sons together.[1] Their farm was originally situated east of Shadowdale town,[2], eventually expanding to its borders.[3]
History[]
Sulcar and Della lost their eldest son during the first battle of Shadowdale, in the Year of the Prince, 1357 DR.[1][4]
When the second battle of Shadowdale broke out during the Time of Troubles in the Year of Shadows, 1358 DR, the Reedo family farm was used to mobilize defenses for the outnumbered Dalesmen.[5]
His and Della's two younger sons died over 15 years later, in the Year of Risen Elfkin, 1375 DR,[1] when the Dalesmen rose up against the occupying Zhentarim forces.[6]
