Tainted ones were humans who had been turned into yuan-ti servitors by drinking a distillation of yuan-ti venom mixed with specific roots and herbs.[4]
Activities
Tainted ones primarily served as spies in human cities. They were also often employed by pureblood yuan-ti as bodyguards and stealthy strike forces within human settlements.[5]
