Earlann = Eaerlann?[]
Dear users,
The history section started with Earlann, that was in the same place as Cormanthor but the link goes to Eaerlann, a place in the High Forest. Are these really the same places?

- I believe Earlann = Eaerlann. The first spelling is found throughout Netheril: Empire of Magic and the second is found throughout Cormanthyr: Empire of the Elves, but they both talk about the Ea(e)rlanni being the first elves that the Netherese met and from whom they learned magic. Judging by the 4th edition Forgotten Realms Campaign Guide, the correct spelling is Eaerlann. The Eaerlanni are from the High Forest, not Cormanthor, so that needs to be fixed. —Moviesign (talk) 19:19, December 21, 2016 (UTC)

- thank you for the quick reply. I've got another question.
- Lords of Darkness says that the first daemonfey were found in Cormanthor and lost empires of Faerun says that Eaerlann came after the daemonfey. Should the history section to a large part be deleted? The section doesn't make sense, when they originated in a country that was founded in response to their actions.

- I believe I have found the problem. It wasn't Cormanthyr that was wrong, it was Eaerlann. Hopefully that makes more sense now. The history section could be expanded quite a bit, because the fey'ri have had a long and torturous history that moves from Myth Drannor to the High forest to Hellgate Keep and beyond. —Moviesign (talk) 01:01, December 22, 2016 (UTC)
