Baldur's Gate 2 Elder Brain[]
There's a screenshot here of an Elder Brain from Baldur's Gate 2. Given the illithid focus in Baldur's Gate 3, and how it's described as the return of an ancient evil, I wondered if there could be a relation to the BG2 Elder Brain. However, there's no information about it - nothing on the game page mentions it, and it doesn't seem to have its own page here (or even a name).
