I've seen this happen a couple of times different places: people confusing orogs in FR with orogs in Dnd. orogs in FR are orcs that are most likely inspired by uruk hai and are not crossbreeds. orogs in Dnd are crossbreeds between ogres and orcs. not the same thing at all. so I don't think Ilneval is their patron then?
