Also, yes it's always me but this is a separate question: Inthracis is an ultroloth, hence an outsider, and being an outsider he should not have separate body&soul, I mean, 3.5 rules (and the War of the Spider Queen was written under 3.5 rules) state: "an outsider does not have a dual nature; its soul and body form one unit. When an outsider is slain, no soul is set loose". So, *how* did a Clone spell work for him? He dies in the Demonweb Pits and his soul *which should not set loose* is claimed by a Clone *that should not have existed in the first place* (there shouldn't be a soulless outsider's body).
