Where is the material in "Orcish Hordes" and "Orcish Military Camps" from?
It doesn't sound at all like it's from a published Realms sourcebook.
And there's no source references or citations at all.

Found it, it appears to be either completely made up or from a non-Realms source:

Origins[]
In the some third-edition sourcebooks, it says that orcs originally came to Toril from another world through portals created by the ancient Imaskari Empire. The Imaskari wanted to use them as slaves, but so many orcs came through that the Imaskari couldn't handle them, triggering the Orcgate Wars. ➳Quin 00:06, October 4, 2010 (UTC)
Found a source[]
"The latter two races told of how Corellon defeated Gruumsh and took his eye; though many orcs denied this charge, they acknowledged Gruumsh as the one-eyed god." I think that's from Faith & Pantheons, page 149
