This article really deals with two topics. 1) Thorass, the extinct language, as practiced in historical parts of Toril's history. 2) Thorass, the script, which even in 1479 DR is widespread and in use.
It's sort of like having the articles "Latin" and "Roman alphabet" combined into one article. It's not representative of reality, even if the two topics are directly connected. Similarly for Arabic and the Arabic script or Mandarin and hanyi. Niirfa-sa 09:14, 18 February 2009 (UTC)
- I agree. Maybe split this one into Thorass language and Thorass script? Fw190a8 (talk · contr) 19:15, October 22, 2010 (UTC)
- That's pretty much what I had in mind. Niirfa-sa 19:34, October 22, 2010 (UTC)
- I um... took some initiative and split them. Both articles seem stubbish and can probably use expansion.Wanderscribe (talk) 22:30, February 15, 2013 (UTC)
Rename, redirect? Edit
Now that this article refers only to the language (the alphabet has its own page) it seems like this one be renamed to Thorass language for the sake of clarity... and a disambiguation put up for "Thorass". But maybe that's unnecessary. I leave that decision up to bigger names than me. :) Wanderscribe (talk) 22:34, February 15, 2013 (UTC)
