Uruth Ukrpyt was actually the kingdom of the orcs, not their first ruler, Uruth. The two citations seem to back this up.

- You're correct. Uruth Ukrpyt means "Home of Uruth", the home of their first king. ~ Possessed Priest (talk) 10:43, June 17, 2020 (UTC)
- Template:Cite book/Dragonfire/Sword Mountains Crypt Adventure Booklet - this one names him as an orc warlord that went to war against Wterdeep. Artyom.pavlov (talk) 13:43, June 18, 2020 (UTC)
- Hmm, maybe. I can't really tell from the paragraph in the Dragonfire page, but since I don't have the product to reference I can't dispute it either. It could be referring to either the king himself or the kingdom. Uruth Ukrpyt is definitely the realm/kingdom in other sources however. ISUBurd (talk) 19:50, June 18, 2020 (UTC)
- Dragonfire def says it is the name. I just wrote the summary for that bit today. It could be the case where one was named after the other... but it is confusing yeah. - I am late to this conversation by now, but I just wanted to mention that page 140 of Lost Empires of Faerûn states, "An orc shaman named Wund unites the tribes under the leadership of the chieftain Uruth, establishing the orc realm of Uruth Ukrypt" for the year 927. - Thank you for the source, Artie. This confirms it, though it is certainly odd! ~ Possessed Priest (talk) 20:29, June 18, 2020 (UTC)
- My theory - editors of the games used the wiki to write up the adventure :) ISUBurd, how i cheat the new page creation - i add an empty link of the page's name like Uruth Ukrpyt (person) and then just click on the red link - takes you straight to the new page creation and it's loaded up with templates already. - After conferring with Artie, I'll move this info about the individual to Uruth with Uruth Ukrypt (individual) as a redirect, and this page will become the home of the info about the realm named after the individual orc. The likelihood seems to be that the card game probably just took the name from the wiki, but that's not a sufficient basis to assume the card game's usage of "Uruth Ukrypt" isn't canon.
