Tallos Talanthil IV, who was also called the Artificer, was the ninth Sorcerer-Arkhan of the Talanthil Dynasty who ruled the nation of Raumathar.[1]

Tallos IV reigned from −168 DR to −154 DR. He inherited the throne when his father Mornarth III, died. Tallos IV died in −154 DR during an assault on Dun-Tharos in Narfell.[1]
