Tamshan was a bard inhabiting the village of Shadowdale in the Year of Shadows, 1358 DR.[1]

Tamshan was once a member of Mane's Band–an adventuring company based in Shadowdale. As of 1358 DR he was an agent for the Harpers who worked quietly within the dale.[1]
