Tarthilmor Aerasumé was one of Alustriel Silverhand's many children; specifically, he belonged to the group of her children known as the Tall Ones.[2] He served as a high-ranking member of Silverymoon's Spellguard in the mid-to-late 14th century DR.[1]
Tarthilmor, along with fellow captain Kimika Oniclash, had the full trust of his superior, Jorus Azuremantle, and so possessed an amulet that allowed him to bypass all the Wards of Silverymoon.[1]
