Tazlan Rilzeer was a sea-captain who lived in Waterdeep sometime after the War of the Silver Marches.[1]

Tazlan was the captain of the Coin Toss—a vessel owned by the noble Arilosa Adarbrent who was a financier of the Order of the Gauntlet. He had a priest of Helm serve as the ship's medic.[1]
History[]
In the late 1480s or early 1490s DR Tazlan was hired by the Order of the Gauntlet to travel in search of the Morkoth[1]
