Tenebrous worms were massive insects native to the demi-plane of Shadow.[1]
Description[]
Tenebrous worms looked like giant caterpillars. Their body was covered in coarse bristles. It had a set of large, sharp mandibles.[1]

A pair of tenebrous worm mandibles were valuable, worth up to 3,000 gold pieces per pair.[1]
