Tespergates, which was also called Tesper Villa, was the family estate of the Waterdhavian noble house Tesper.[1][2][3]
Location[]
The villa was located at the corner of Mendever Street and Delzorin Street in the central section of Waterdeep's Sea Ward.[4][5][6][7]
Description[]
Tespergates was composed of four structures of two and three stories in height. The walled estate's largest building sat in the center and was surrounded by a garden and the three smaller structures.[3][7]
Activities[]
The Tespers were known to host parties at Tespergates that even commoners were allowed to attend. Live music and wrestling contests were common events at such parties.[2]
Rumors & Legends[]
Most Waterdhavians believed Tespergates to be haunted.[2]
