Thayan Red was a type of wine exported from Thay of the Unapproachable East.[1]
Description[]
Thay was known for its abundant orchards and fruit farms. The Thayan Red wine was characteristically sweet and fruity. Expensive libation, Thayan Red was often served to the most influential Red Wizards of Thay.[1]
Thayan Red was bottled in thick green glass bottles with thin neck and a wide round bottom.[1]
History[]
In the late 14th century DR, Thayan Red was served in several inns and taverns of Westgate including Black Eye Tavern and Bent Mermaid Inn.[1]
