The book detailed the lives and proclivities of a king and his queen after their marriage. The couple was known for turning all activities into art: the art of conversation, the art of taste, the art of the body. The book's salacious and romantic contents detailed and focused on the titular art of the night.[1]

History[]

in the late 15th century DR, archwizard Gale Dekarios owned a copy of the book. It was stored in his tower located in the City of Splendor, Waterdeep. He used the book as an inspiration and a part of his romantic advancements.[1]
