The Blue Baldric was located in the northeast section of Waterdeep's Castle Ward along Bazaar Street, being the middle building of a block that was bounded by Bazaar Street, Lamp Street, the Street of the Sword, and Warrior's Way.[1]

During the day the Blue Baldric operated as sort of beauty shop during the day and a club at a night. During daylight hours they additionally offered "pampering" in the form of scented bathes alongside servings of wine.[1]
