The Complete Sha'ir's Handbook is a sourcebook for the 2nd-edition ruleset of Dungeons & Dragons. It is part of the Al-Qadim campaign setting and set in Zakhara. This book details sha'irs and also the elemental mages of Zakhara. It contains a variety of information useful to playing the wizards of the Al-Qadim setting in the game, including role-playing and campaign advice, new wizard kits, almost a dozen secret magical societies, and ten pages of new spells and proficiencies
