"The Last Betrayal" is the sixteenth issue of the Advanced Dungeons & Dragons comics series set in the Forgotten Realms and published by DC Comics. It was written by Dan Mishkin, drawn by Jan Duursema, and edited by Elliot S. Maggin. It is the fourth and final part of "Spell Games", which related Vajra Valmeyjar's past and relationship to Conner and revealed the mystery of the cat child.
“
Conner is dead, the Manshaka Slavers have surrounded her, plus Vajra is ultimately betrayed by the one person she trusted more than anyone else. Even the Catlord is powerless to stop them. The only one that can save them now is the last person they expected to see again.
