“
Choose Valros, because the end is always near!

— Excerpt from The Superior Durability of Hardwood[1]
Contents[]
Odd Valros's book advertised the deluxe coffins made of hardwood. It claimed that this superior wood helped preserve corpses and protected them from vermin such as rats and maggots for thrice the time other materials did.[1]
History[]
A copy of The Superior Durability of Hardwood could be found inside Candulhallow's Funeral Arrangements, or Candulhallow's Tombstones, in the Lower City of Baldur's Gate in the Year of Three Ships Sailing, 1492 DR.[1]
