The War between Selûne and Shar was a religious book that detailed the relationship between and origins of Selûne and Shar, the original two goddess-sisters of Toril.[1]
Content[]
The book spoke of the nature of each goddess, how Selûne shone with brilliant radiance, and Shar offered her own form of enticing darkness. The two sisters complemented each other, and all of the Realms around them, providing light and darkness.[1]
History[]
As of the Year of Three Ships Sailing, 1492 DR, a copy of The War between Selûne and Shar could be found in a secluded shrine to Selûne located a bit ways outside the village of Moonhaven.[1]
