Tiera was a human ranger and bard; a hero of the Finnish pantheon; and the proxy of the goddess Mielikki, the Mistress of the Forest in the 14th century DR.[1][2][3]

Tiera was the shield man of Lemminkainen,[1][2] who was a fellow proxy of Mielikki,[3] and always tried to aid him as best he could in his adventures.[1][2]
Possessions[]
Tiera wielded a +3 spear that glowed whenever a falsehood was told nearby.[1][2]
Home[]
He served Mielikki from the Grove of the Unicorns, on the layer of Krigala in the plane of the Beastlands.[3]
