Topsider's Crutch, also referred to as rings of infravision were enchanted ring's that granted their wearers the ability to see in little or no light.[1]
Powers[]
Topsider's Crutch gave its wearer the ability to see in the dark at the distance of 60 feet (18 meters), similarly to the effects of the infravision. The distance increased at night up to 300 feet (91 meters).[3][1]
History[]
In the 14th century DR, Topsider's Crutch rings were used by daring merchants that attempted to trade with the drow of the Great Rift.[1]

- Nimbul: a bounty hunter that sought to assassinate Abdel Adrian for Sarevok Anchev circa 1368 DR.[1]
- Phreya: a human assassin and the enemy of Hexxat's.[2]
- Viekang: a Bhaalspawn thief from Trademeet.[2]
- Janas: an assassin from Sentinelspire in 1374 DR, who had received such a ring upon inititation, from Talieth.[4][note 1]
