Torst Urlivan was a fence of stolen goods inhabiting Waterdeep, City of Splendors, during the mid-to-late 14th century DR.[1]
Activities[]
Torst operated out of an inn he owned called the Gentle Rest located in Waterdeep's Trades Ward on the High Road. Specifically, he sold stolen horses and harnesses out of the Gentle Rest Stables found several buildings from the inn.[1]
