Tufala bint Maneira was a half-elven rawun inhabiting the High Desert of Zakhara around 1367 DR[note 1] who related the history of her desert tribe through her stories and music.[1]

Tufala inherited her duties as the tribal storyteller and historian from her elven mother. She took her responsibilities seriously. She was well-informed about current rumors of the High Desert.[1]
Possessions[]
Tufala wore leather armor and carried an enchanted jambiya and a normal cutlass. She played her pipes of sounding to help relate her stories.[1]
