Lord Ulbrec Dinnesmore was a man from Neverwinter who became the lord of Targos in Icewind Dale in the early 14th century DR.[1]

History[]
Ulbrec was a Neverwintan guard who met Elytharra when he was about 20 years old. They married and, when he retired, the couple moved to Targos, where he took a seat on the ruling council of the Ten Towns. He received the title "Lord" in the Year of the Claw, 1299 DR.[1]
He was lord of Targos through its assault by goblins of the Legion of the Chimera in the Year of the Griffon, 1312 DR.[1]
