Uliset Faelgren was a Harper wizard in 1489 DR.[1]
History[]
Uliset was crossing the Twilight Marsh near Phlan with a caravan when they were all killed by the black dragon Throstulgrael. Later, fellow Harper Olisara Lightsong asked an adventuring party sent to recover some items from the dragon's lair to recover Uliset's spellbook and Harper pin.[1]
