Ulmar, who was nicknamed the Watchful, was a fence of stolen goods inhabiting Waterdeep, City of Splendors, during the mid-to-late 14th century DR.[1]

Ulmar operated out of Crommor's Warehouse located in Waterdeep's Dock Ward on the Reach. Specifically, he dealt in stolen ships, shipboard items, and cargo.[1]
