Sheriff Vendal Viccstray was a strongheart halfling warrior and commander of the militia in the village of Shining Falls in the Delimbiyr Vale in the mid-to-late 14th century DR.[1]
Activities[]
Based in the town armory, which part of the Granite Tower in the center of the village, Vendal led the village's militia. He was aided by Sergeants Hethat Deegrell, Jren Prencertal, and Nemmet Viccstray and forty guards. Since Deogol Fengrath ruled with a light hand, he left the day-to-day running of things to Vendal.[1]
