Victor Arianus was a prominent wizard inhabiting Kzelter in the Lake of Steam region during the mid-to-late 14th century DR.[1]
Activities[]
Victor served Teldorn Darkhope as his chief advisor on all things magical within Kzelter. A dozen Banite mages were under his command. Victor concentrated on molding his mages into an elite fighting forces that could surprise Teldorn's enemies with a variety of magical ambushes.[1]
