Victor Tikhomirov was a Raumviran who lived in Almorel on the Lake of Mists in the Hordelands in the Year of the Prince, 1357 DR.[1]
Activities[]
Victor managed a small community of flour mills simply referred to as "the Mills." The Mills were located outside of Almorel's East Gate along a small unnamed tributary of the Lake of Mists.[1]
